Felicia is a founding member of Providentia Wealth Singapore and as Head of Operations, she oversees the operations of the entire group in Singapore. She was the former Head of Trust Administration for Providentia Wealth Management Ltd, and concurrently with the role, she oversaw the operational aspects of the trust company; supporting its business development and wealth planning activities.

Felicia has over 30 years of bank operations and trust administration experience, having previously worked at HSBC, Commerzbank and Société Générale.

She is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).
